In this Survey Junkies review, you will learn if this website is a scam or a legit way to make up to $1000 per day with surveys and apps. If you have any experience with online surveys, these claims sound too good to be true, so here is how it really works.
What Is Survey Junkies?
When people hear the name of the site, they expect to find a survey site. However, the description of the homepage mentions that it is an influencer network. The problem is that there are no influencer networks. This is a term they have made up to confuse the visitors.
The next obvious problem is the ridiculously high claims. It is not possible to earn $1000 per day by completing surveys and copy-pasting a few links. Also, earning so much money in one day when you start from zero is not possible even with legit ways or websites.
As you can understand, Survey Junkies is not a legit website. It is a copy of other online scams that make similar huge claims and use the same members’ area. The homepage is the same with ShareCash and OG Bucks. They are two other scams that I have reviewed before. The only difference is on some claims and rewards.
The owner of Survey Junkies have copy-pasted the previous website and changed only the names and some information. All these sites have another thing in common. They don’t pay the members for their work.
The first thing you can notice is that there is no joining fee. Many people think that they have nothing to lose by taking a look inside even if they don’t believe the claims in the first place. So, they create a new account and fill in some contact information.
The website collects data from users. Then, they sell it on other businesses or marketers for a profit. It is not a legit process, but they do it anyway. When you create a new account, they get your email, so they have achieved the first goal of the site. Next, they will try to get payment details, your phone number, and earn advertising revenue from these tasks.
How Does It Work?
The members who create a new account go to a member’s area that calls them to take action. They have a referral program and some tasks that promise a lot of money. It is a part of the scam. They make the members work for them, so they can make more money. Here is what happens you can expect inside.
$30 sign up bonus: When you sign up and check your balance, there are $30.
Referrals: They promise $3 for every person that clicks your referral link, $25 per referral, and 15% commission by your referral earnings. These rewards do not make sense. There are no legit sites that can afford to pay $3 per click from social media. Also, $25 for free referrals cannot be real. Legit sites pay commissions per sale or specific actions. There are no sites that give free money.
Tasks: They promise $60 per task like online surveys and downloading apps. Legit survey sites pay a few cents for online surveys and similar offers. When they promise $60 for a survey, you can be sure that something is wrong.
When you choose any of the available tasks, you get redirected to scammy third-party websites that request your contact details like an email address or phone number. They are not as described, and this is a good reason to stay away from them.
Social Media Submissions: They promise $50 for simple social media posts. You can upload videos on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok or simple posts on Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.
If you complete any of the above, they add money to the website’s account. The members think that there is progress and keep doing all these actions. However, you will not get any money in your bank or PayPal account.
They Do Not Pay The Members
They have a cashout page that has a few requirements and a $100 minimum cashout limit. The $100 is not important because the requirements are more difficult. Before getting started, they don’t let the members know how many of the tasks must complete.
It is possible to reach there requirements and request for a cashout. When you ask for a cashout, they get your payment details as well. However, you will not receive any money. You will wait for weeks without any response. If you try to contact them, you will realize that no one replies back. In some other copies of the same scam, they close accounts for fraud clicks or just reject your request.
There are no payment proofs from Survey Junkies anywhere on the internet. The screenshots on the homepage do not prove anything, and they are not PayPal payments. They are not real payments at all. The video testimonials do not show us any transaction as well.
If you go through the pages of the website, you will see that they don’t mention who gives the money to the members. When a site promises huge payments, it should include more details.
In Survey Junkies, they don’t even mention any real information. Everything on the homepage and members’ area is misleading or fake at all. The website has not social media accounts, and the email that they include does not look real. Lastly, the site is a few months old. It is not online for three years or ten years as they claim.
Is Survey Junkies A Scam? – My Final Verdict
Survey Junkies is a copy of other websites that do not pay the members. Also, there is no payment proof from this site, so we can assume that it’s a scam. The chances are that you will not become the first person who will get paid here.
When it comes to the homepage and the members’ area, they are very misleading, and their intention is to waste your time. When you try to complete tasks or get referrals, the site earns money. For this reason, they want you to take action on the members’ area.
While it is not possible to lose money directly because there is no joining fee, it is possible to lose money later. The tasks request contact details, and they will follow with promotions. If they ask for a phone number, just don’t share it. There are many SMS scams that charge you for text messages.
The last thing to consider is the huge claims. From my experience, the first scam alert in similar sites or get-rich-quick schemes is unrealistic claims. They promise too much money in a short period of time without real effort.
The truth is that all legit ways take work. When someone claims the opposite, he tries to take advantage of you or sell another product. Earning money on the internet is possible, but you must put the work and find legit ways or business models. Sharing a few links on social media will not work. Also, online surveys are not worth $60. Below you can check some legit sites and ideas to get started.
How To Make Money Online
You probably already know that there are many ways to make money online. The earning potential depends on your willingness to work and the activity.
Starting with easy tasks like surveys and offers, they are good for people who want to earn some extra bucks in their free time. They pay a few cents per offer, and you can log in on legit sites once per day and complete as many as possible in your free time.
If you want an opportunity for a full-time income, you can become an affiliate marketer and promote other people’s products. Affiliate marketing is a beginner-friendly business model because you can start with no skills or budget. However, it is not a trick to make money or a get-rich-quick scheme.
It is a real business, and your earnings depend on your work. Most affiliate marketers add value by creating content and recommend quality products. Many big brands have affiliate programs like Amazon and eBay.
The only thing you need before getting started is the right strategy. As you understand, copy-pasting a few links does not work. Your goal is to help other people before asking for something back.
A top training platform for affiliate marketers that can teach you this process is Wealthy Affiliate. It includes step-by-step training, top tools that will help you to start your business, and a helpful community to ask questions or contact people with the same goals.
