The news about the website is not so good. It seems that Product Report Card was a legit survey site with happy users, but in the last few years, there are many complaints.
In my opinion, you can still find surveys and ways to earn some extra money on the members’ area but it’s complicated and time-consuming to get your money.

4. Home product tests: You must register your products on the relevant page and then, you wait to get invited for a home product test. You can earn up to $5 for these tests.
5. Focus groups: You probably get invited to participate in focus groups but I am not sure how often it happens. The rewards are much better and they may take a few hours to be completed.
6. Affiliate program: There is an affiliate program and you can join even if you are not a member. You fill in a form, you need a PayPal account, but there is not enough information about the commissions. They will send you more details if they approve your application.
How To Get Paid
On this part of the website, there are the most issues. First of all, it takes too much time to reach the $25 minimum cash out limit.
The rewards from the surveys are about $0.50 on average so you need almost 50 surveys to get paid. For most users, it will take too much time to complete 50 surveys.
The surveys are limited and many times you will be ineligible to complete them. It’s a common issue on most survey sites.
Next, they hold your rewards and payments for weeks or months without a particular reason. The users who try to contact support for these issues have to wait for some time to get a response as well.
However, when you reach the minimum cash out limit and your payment get approved, you will receive your money with one of the following ways:

My Final Verdict – Is Product Report Card A Scam?
I don’t believe that Product Report Card is a scam but we can agree that there are many problems.
Most people would avoid a survey site when there are chances not to get paid and I can’t blame them.
In my opinion, when you join a survey site, you want to earn some extra money in your free time. This is the main motivation of most members.
If you have to complete surveys and write reviews every day just to avoid losing your earning because they may expire, it’s not the best option.
There are sites with a low cash out limit like ClixSense that I mentioned above. Also, there are many other sites with most survey opportunities that you can read on my list with the best GPT sites.
