In this Viral Dollars review, you will read if this program is another scam or a legit way to make money.
The claim about earning $500 overnight is too good to be true for any online program. However, Viral Dollars gives us more reasons than a few claims to stay away from it.
What Is Viral Dollars?
Viral Dollars is not an influencer network. It has nothing to do with social media, and there is no way to help you go viral. It’s simply a site that includes a few available ways to make money and these ways offer too high rewards that do not really make sense.
Lately, many similar websites pop up around the internet and I am sure we will find even more like this one in the future.
Also, the members’ area of Viral Dollars is the same as the members’ area of Viral Pay. It’s not something bad to find two similar programs.
However, it’s a bad thing when these programs are scams. All the similar sites to Viral Dollars do not pay their members no matter how much they have made.
They make you wait for a few weeks and then, they disapprove your payment. There is nothing you can do about these sites but just stay away from them.
Viral Dollar looks like a legit site but with some research, we can understand that many things go wrong here. First of all, they misrepresent the site as an influencer network while it’s nothing more than a site with a few tasks.
The next problem is that we cannot find any information about the company or the owners. This is a common scam alert on many similar websites.
Also, there are not positive reviews on the internet for this site but only from people who get paid to make the review. They believe they will get paid because they will never get their money but it’s the same thing.
How Does It Work?
The first thing you need to do is to sign up. You just give an email and the only risk here is that they will spam your email.
Next, you are in the members’ area:
As I mentioned, it’s the same with the members’ area of another scam and when you create an account, they add $25 to your new account.
Then, you have three ways to make money:
$30 Task Wall: These are tasks that you need to give your phone number. I do not know if these third-party sites are legit and how they will use your number.
On most of these tasks, it mentions that they will charge you when they will send you a message but we do not know how many of these messages they will send.
Lastly, earning $30 for a task is not something common. I have not seen any legit site to give these rewards for tasks. It means that the site does not make money if it pays these rewards.
Referrals: You get a referral link and this is the first thing you see when you join the site. They add $2 to your account for every click and $10 for every referral even if they do not take any action. These rewards are too high for their real value too.
YouTube Submission: You can create a video, upload it on YouTube, and they will add $50 to your account. This is why many people create videos about this site.
Once you have completed a few tasks and got a few referrals, it’s time to move on and get paid.
But as you see, this is no influencer marketing. They just have some social media buttons to share your referral link to your accounts.
How To Get Paid
When you try to cash out, you can see a few restrictions. If you have some experience from similar sites, this will be a first sign that something goes wrong.
The restrictions are the following:
- Get at least 20 clicks
- Get at least 5 referrals
- Complete at least 4 taskwall tasks
If you do all these tasks, you will earn a little over than $200 and you will go to cash out. You will choose one of the available methods and you will expect to get paid.
After a while, they will disapprove your payment and your experience in this site will be over. I have not personally tested their payments but it’s a copy of Viral Pay. This is a strategy they follow on Viral Pay, and you can be sure they do the same thing here.
From the other reviews on the internet from marketers with some experience, you can read most of them agree that you will not get paid.
Until that point, you will lose some money by doing the tasks and they will spam your email and phone number.
Testimonials, Payment Proof, and Calculator
We can see three pages before getting started with Viral Dollars. They include two videos with people to show their earnings, payment proof, and a calculator that estimate your earnings with the site based on your followers.
Starting with the calculator, it does not make any sense. They do not explain how they estimate these numbers. Why can’t you earn more or less than these numbers?
Next, these screenshots are not payment proof. They do not show how they received the money (PayPal, bank transfer). But they just write a number and the name of the website.
Lastly, the testimonials are hired actors from Fiverr. The owner paid them to create these videos and they have not tested the site.
For example, you can check the woman below:

Is Viral Dollars A Scam?
Yes, Viral Dollars is a scam and the fake testimonials can remove any doubt about it. I have never seen a legit product with fake testimonials. The reason is obvious. The legit products have no problem to show you real results.
Everything on the homepage and the members’ area try to keep you around to complete these scammy tasks and send traffic to this site.
No one wants to share a scam with his/her friends so don’t use that referral link, and protect yourself by not giving your phone number on these third-party websites.
If you have already lost some money and time on this site, there is nothing you can do. Just make sure you will not lose even more. However, you can warn other people by leaving a comment below this article.
It does not mean that there are no legit ways to make but you were unlucky. Like the real world, there are many good and bad opportunities.
The best way to avoid online scams is by reading reviews for any websites or products you want to buy. Usually, you can find many negative reviews when something is not right.
Here Is Something That Really Works
The process of getting referrals and sending traffic on a website is called affiliate marketing. However, it’s quite different than how it’s presented on Viral Dollars.
Affiliate marketing is a legit online business and the benefit is that you can start with no big budget or experience.
But you need the right strategy. If you just share links on social media and spam on the internet, you will not achieve much.
Simply, you need to communicate with people, solve problems and recommend quality products. If you can do that, you can make money. This process is very simple because it has a few steps that everyone can do them but it takes some work.
If you are willing to give it a try, you can get my strategy on the link below. It’s a free guide on how to make money and I use some tools that you can find on a top training program for affiliate marketers.
